1. Description of Services
VanityFi is a custom phone number creation and acquisition platform. We allow users to search for, customize, and purchase phone numbers for future use with their chosen telecommunications provider.
VanityFi does not provide calling, texting, SMS, MMS, or messaging services.
Phone numbers are leased through VanityFi until transferred (ported) to a third-party provider.
2. Phone Number Leasing & Ownership
- Phone numbers are leased, not owned, at time of purchase
- Numbers remain under VanityFi provisioning control until port-out
- Leases may be revoked for non-payment or compliance issues
3. Port-Out Policy
Users may request to transfer (port-out) numbers to another carrier.
- Account must be in good standing
- All required information must be accurate
- Carrier approval is required
VanityFi does not guarantee transfer timing or acceptance.
4. Number Availability Disclaimer
- Availability is not guaranteed
- Numbers may become unavailable at any time
- Carriers or regulators may reclaim numbers
5. Payments & Refunds
- All sales are final unless stated otherwise
- Non-payment may result in loss of leased numbers
- Payments processed via PCI-compliant providers
6. Letter of Authorization (LOA)
By purchasing or leasing a phone number, you authorize VanityFi to act on your behalf to provision, reserve, and transfer phone numbers.
This authorization satisfies carrier LOA requirements.
Authorization includes submitting required information to carriers and regulators.
7. Carrier Compliance & Numbering Policy
- All numbers subject to carrier and regulatory rules
- No misuse, hoarding, or speculative resale
- False information may result in immediate termination
Carrier or regulatory decisions override VanityFi actions.
8. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
- No class or representative actions
- Individual claims only
- AAA rules apply
