  • Account login credentials (stored securely)

B. Payment Information

  • Payment method details required to complete a purchase
  • Transaction history (e.g., order totals, timestamps, last 4 digits if provided by your processor)
Payments & PCI: VanityFi does not store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Any card data handled during checkout is transmitted securely via encryption.

C. Phone Numbers & Telephony Data

  • Phone numbers you search for, purchase, reserve, or manage
  • Provisioning status and routing settings (e.g., forwarding destinations)
  • Call and messaging metadata (timestamps, delivery status, direction, and technical logs)

Depending on your configuration, voice or messaging content may be processed to provide service functionality. VanityFi minimizes access to content and limits access to authorized personnel for support, troubleshooting, and compliance.

D. Technical & Usage Data

  • Pages viewed, features used, and actions taken
  • Log data for reliability, debugging, and security

E. Support & Communications

  • Messages or emails you send to customer support

3. How We Use Information

4. Telephony & SignalWire Disclosure

VanityFi uses SignalWire to support communications features such as phone number provisioning, voice calling, SMS/MMS messaging, and related telephony capabilities.

What this means: Certain information (such as phone numbers, routing settings, message delivery data, and call/message metadata) may be processed by SignalWire and downstream carriers to deliver communications services.

SignalWire-related processing may include:

  • Provisioning and managing phone numbers
  • Routing calls and messages
  • Generating delivery receipts and technical logs
  • Applying carrier compliance checks and messaging rules

VanityFi does not sell or rent communications data. Any third-party processing is limited to what is necessary to provide services, maintain security, comply with law, or meet carrier requirements.

5. SMS & Messaging Compliance (TCPA/CTIA)

If you use VanityFi to send or receive SMS/MMS messages, you agree to comply with applicable messaging laws and industry requirements, including but not limited to TCPA and applicable carrier/industry guidelines (such as CTIA rules).

Your responsibility: You must obtain appropriate consent from recipients before sending them messages and provide required opt-out mechanisms where applicable.

Prohibited uses include:

  • Spam or unsolicited marketing without consent
  • Fraud, phishing, or deceptive content
  • Harassment or illegal content
  • Attempts to bypass carrier restrictions or compliance checks

VanityFi may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse, carrier violations, or legal noncompliance.

6. Email Communications

  • Verify accounts and confirm transactions
  • Provide receipts, service notices, and security alerts

Marketing emails are sent only where permitted by law and/or with your consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in those emails.
